Cascadilla Gorge extends from the junction of Ithaca Road and Route 366, near the Humphreys Service Building, to the Treman Triangle downtown, at Court Street and University Avenue. Not only does Cascadilla Gorge exhibit important natural habitats, but also it provides a major pedestrian access to campus. You can hike the trail through Cascadilla Gorge from Rhodes Hall (the Cornell Theory Center) to Collegetown, and then all the way to downtown Ithaca.
