It has been a busy few weeks of construction here at Plantations.  The new parking lot was laid out and the foundation work for it started, the bioswale was excavated and most exciting of all - excavation for the Nevin Welcome Center started.

To achieve energy savings in the Welcome Center, the building will be partially bermed into Comstock Knoll.  The berming will help regulate interior temperatures.
