Beebe Lake Loop: One mile

Walk a one-mile loop around Beebe Lake in 45 minutes. Take a spur trail north of Sackett Bridge to view this waterfall in Hemlock Gorge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beebe Lake to the Mundy Wildflower Garden: 2 miles

This loop will take you around Beebe Lake, through the Plantations' Botanical Garden and around the Mundy Wildflower Garden and back.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beebe Lake to Plantations' Arboretum: 4 miles

Hike around Beebe Lake, through Plantations' Botanical Garden, the Mundy Wildflower Garden and around the F. R. Newman Arboretum and back (Bell at Newman Overlook shown below).


Beebe Lake to Park Park
(Cornell Plantations Natural Area): 6 miles

Hike around Beebe Lake, through Plantations' Botanical Garden, the Mundy Wildflower Garden, the F. R. Newman Arboretum, through a wooded trail to Park Park and back (View of Fall Creek from Park Park shown left).

 

 

 

 

 


Fall Creek Gorge Trails:
Explore Fall Creek Gorge from the rim, or hike to creek level. This loop can be accessed from four trailheads:

  • On University Avenue across from the Johnson Museum of Art.
  • Behind Risley Hall on North Campus
  • From the south end of the bridge that crosses Fall Creek on Stewart Avenue.
  • At the north end of the pedestrian suspension bridge off of Fall Creek Drive.
