Location

This area encompasses the mature forest along the shores of Beebe Lake, near the center of the Cornell Campus. The North Shore component includes the forested slope from Helen Newman Hall eastward to the end of Beebe Lake at Sackett Bridge, and then northeast along Fall Creek to the Forest Home bridge. Also included are the forested lands on both sides of Pleasant Grove Road. The South Shore component includes forested areas along Forest Home Drive from Triphammer Bridge to Sackett Bridge and the forested slope below Mann Library.
