For most of his adult life, plantsman and explorer Dan Hinkley has spent a solid quarter of every year traveling the world in search of garden-worthy plants to introduce into cultivation. His treasures have delighted garden-lovers through his award-winning writing, design, consulting, and the legendary nursery he founded, Heronswood.
