Nancy Barbara Conolly

Most recently from Rochester, New York, Barbara earned her B.S. degree from Cornell in 2008.  Leaving behind her former career in the insurance industry, Barbara followed her passion for gardening, first becoming a Cornell Master Gardener, and then earning an A.A.S. in Horticulture from Finger Lakes Community College.  Prior to relocating to Ithaca, Barbara owned and operated a garden design business and served as an intern at the George Eastman House gardens in Rochester, NY.  In 2007, she furthered her experience as Plantations’ education intern.  Within the Plantations MPS program, Barbara plans to focus on the marketing, finance, and development of public gardens, and on strengthening her management skills.
